Sponge Cake Recipe

This is a beautiful, nice fluffy sponge cake recipe worth trying, also the simplest.

380g self-raising flour
30g melted butter
150ml water
1tsp vanilla extract
5tps caster sugar
2 eggs

Pre-heat oven to 1800C.
Grease the cake pan with butter.
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Whisk for 3mins straight.
Place in the pan and bake for 20-30min or till golden, poke with fork to see if its dry inside.
