Puff Puff

500g plain flour
1 teaspoon yeast
10g sugar
warm water


pour flour into a clean bowl.
Mix together with yeast and sugar then add water
Using your hand mix together gradually drawing in the surrounding flour.
mix well into a dropping consistency
Cover with a black bin bag for 30min to rise
Scoop a little at a time in the hollow of your fingers
Heat oil for 5min then fry
Serve hot or cold.
