Plantain: plantain chips

Number 3

2 unripe plantain
oil
salt


  •  start by washing the unripe plantains, peel and cut into really thin pieces, season with salt.
  •  heat oil in frying pan or use a deep fryer and fry for 2minute on each side.
  •  pour into paper towel to dry oil
  •  eat plain or serve with sauce
